- Leisure ‘College Supporter’ or ‘University Supporter’ logo

MY CSL STORY
My ultimate aim is to manage a big facility like a leisure centre or gym or even a indoor ski slope! I love the idea of managing a big team of people and providing a great experience for visitors who would come to the venue to have fun, get fit and meet friends.
While at University I have been a lifeguard at my local leisure centre so I have seen the behind the scenes of a big leisure centre but I know its competitive to try and get these types of jobs.
I graduate in two years’ time and the thing I am worried about is that I’m thinking about taking a year out and going travelling with my mates but I am not sure if that will affect my chances of getting a job.
I’m heading to Careers in Sport and Leisure to get some advice and find out from the people in the industry about what they think to help me make a decision about what to do when I graduate.
